The Field Support Specialist at Digiforming is essential in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical support and service. You will be responsible for on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our products. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Visit client sites to provide technical support.
  • Conduct training sessions on products and services.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collect and report customer feedback.
  • Maintain and repair field equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field support or technical service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
