The Field Support Specialist at Digiforming is essential in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical support and service. You will be responsible for on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our products. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to provide technical support.
- Conduct training sessions on products and services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collect and report customer feedback.
- Maintain and repair field equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in field support or technical service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
